SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training provides 4-6 students per group an ideal opportunity to work with one another in developing team and

man-to-man skills while getting live feedback from coaches.

 

In our small-group sessions each participant has the opportunity to utilize individual fundamental skills in an environment conducive to optimal team play and performance. Athletes in small-group training's have the opportunity to monitor their performance against peers within their own age group and skill level.
