As Founder and Director of The Basketball Academy of New England, Coach Fenerci has coached basketball at various levels for over 15 years. Coach Fenerci is known for his comprehensive training methods as well as his constructive and encouraging approach to the game of basketball. He believes motivation is optimized by having a positive, can-do attitude.


Coach Fenerci is the Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In the 2018-2019 season, his first year as Head Coach, Fenerci led AB to the Massachusetts State Semi-Finals after crowning the Dual County League and MIAA Division 1 Central Sectional Titles. For the past 3 years, Coach Fenerci has also served as a coach for the Turkish National Team, where he assists with summer training and selection of new generation basketball players. In addition to coaching high school basketball, Coach Fenerci has coached collegiate basketball at both scholarship and non-scholarship levels.


Coach Fenerci has mentored/trained over 80 athletes who successfully recruited into collegiate teams (28 to Division 1 institutions). Sixteen of the athletes he has mentored/trained have also went on to play basketball professionally (1 in the NBA). Coach Fenerci has been named Coach of the Year 5 times in the past 10 years, including the Coach of the Year honor for 2018-19 Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association.

As a player Coach Fenerci, played at Northern Essex Community College in his freshman year, where he was the player of the year as well as 1st team all-region (averaged 17.1ppg, 13.3rpg, 3.1bpg, 4.6apg) and earned a full-scholarship to play at Angelo State University (Division 2). 


Coach Fenerci received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University (TX), and his Master of Science in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University (NH). 



Paul Rogers has nearly two decades of coaching experience at the collegiate, high school and AAU levels. Coach Rogers is currently in his eighth season as the Head Varsity Coach at Snowden International School in Boston, MA. Snowden won the first two conference championships in school history under Coach Rogers’ guidance and reached the school’s first ever MIAA North Sectional Final in 2012. Coach Rogers has been awarded the Division 4 North Coach of the Year by the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association and Boston City League Coach of the Year.

At Bunker Hill Community College, Coach Rogers was part of a coaching staff that earned the program its first Region XX1 championship in school history, and first trip to the NJCAA National Championship. Besides years working with athletes at the collegiate level, Coach Rogers’ teams have earned 6 medals including a gold medal in 2011 at the Bay State Games.

In 5 years coaching AAU, 4 of Coach Rogers teams played for the National Championship.

Coach Rogers has assisted numerous student-athletes reach their potential and play in the collegiate and professional levels. He has placed several athletes into the collegiate ranks and some of them went on to play professionally. Coach Rogers is known for his comprehensive shooting training techniques with guards in the New England  area. He has trained numerous all-conference award winners in their respective conferences. 

Coach Rogers founded the non-profit organization, Healthy Bodies Strong Minds in 2013 to provide athletic and mentoring opportunities to underserved urban youth. Coach Rogers holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Bunker Hill Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University.
